What is facilitation?
A facilitator is someone who helps a group of pe
ople understand their common objectives and assists them to plan to achieve them without taking a particular position in the discussion. The facilitator will try to assist the group in achieving consensus on any disagreements that may pre-exist or emerge in the meeting so that it has a strong basis for future action.
We provide the right resources to fit into your business culture. We ensure that we keep you on time, on track and with specific tasks to complete. We will be involved from the planning stages through to the capture and delivery of follow up action items.
Our clients have told us that by having a non partial facilitator, they were able to move through items more quickly and much more successfully. Clients understand that the credibility of the facilitator is a key factor in gathering buy in around the table.
We have had success in formal facilitation days which are to be kept to a tight agenda, and we have also had great success in round table, or fireside chats where open communication is a critical component.
Our goal is to be the enabler, whose goal is to support your business by encouraging full participation, promoting mutual understanding and cultivating shared responsibility.
We would be happy to meet and discuss your needs.
